Hi Guys! Happy New Year! I'm sitting at home watching Man Vs Wild with Michael and enjoying my morning coffee. It's a nice day to sleep in after my first two days of directing episode 717.
Last night we had dinner with friends and then off to see a comedy act at Thalian Hall and finally out for drinks. It was a late night and when I woke up with my makeup miraculously still in tact I thought, "Oh my goodness, women need to know about this mascara!"
So here's my plug for Cover Girl's LAST BLAST mascara. It's perfect for an I'm-going-out-and-not-washing-my-face-till-morning night!

Man vs Wild is a great film!
You know I am so GLAD that you shared this with us. A few years back I had a rage about the inability to find a decent mascara. The worst I've ever used being Napoleon Perdis'! And still, I've not found the 'perfect' one.
Definitely going to give it a whirl!

THIS MASCARA IS AWESOME! My best friend is a makeup artist on film sets in LA and she swears by it. She say's its the only one she uses on actresses because it last forever and it doesn't clump. If there is anything in my makeup bag that I love more than my Erase Paste by Benefit it's my lash blast mascara. You should try the new one they have in the pink tube. It's the same shade of black, but it has a hint of shimmer that really make you eyes pop. Really awesome stuff.
P.S.- major props on the man vs wild. That and Dirty Jobs with Mike Rowe. I may act like a girly girl sometimes, but I'm from Texas. There is just something about a man covered in dirt that it amazingly appealing. Rugged works. lol.
Geesh BJG, could you not have posted this yesterday or two days ago now since it's 1am?! It would have saved me from waking up with raccoon eyes this morning and grunting at the mirror. hahahaha.
I use urban decay too. You'd think I'd wake up looking like a goddess after a couple of drinks and a few loads of laundry (no joke).

Thanks for the tip! I've never really worn much make up and thought I would ease on in and try some mascara. But every mascara I've tried has been so clumpy and gross! I don't know if that's normal, but I'll give this one a try!

So, I was at "Tar-Jay" and recalled your shout out to Lash Blash and decided to try it. When I was in line, the woman behind me said, "Excuse me, have you tried that mascara? Do you know if it works?!" Of course I told her a "friend" recommended it! I thought it was so random. Anyways, I tried it and it lasted through my entire work day, which included back to back meetings-ugh (is this how you feel about your scenes with James?! LOL Probably not! Lucky.)...and then dinner with the girls. Thanks for recommendation. Looking forward to your next directorial debut and great job this past Monday. Downloading the new Everly EP is on my list of things to do! Fireside rocked afterall.
