I'm really excited about this notebook project. I really adored the movie, and I love musicals more than anything.. Sometimes I wish my life was a musical...ugh, how cool would that be? I'd imagine it like "the sound of music" and it would be whimsical and happy.. with hills and love.. (wow, where am I taking this?..) lol.
The beetle earrings are pretty awesome. I won't lie.. I'm a little jealous. I want morbid bugs hanging from my ears.
Words cannot describe how much I love these videos! They definitely trump your joynals from your bethanyjoylenz.com era, although I still heart those very, very much! You have such a fascinating perspective on just about everything and I love how candid you are and how you've willingly open the door for you fans to appreciate a different side of you we weren’t all too familiar with before. It's just great having just a little more insight on your life and the development of your projects.

btw, LOVING the beetle earings! i always wear different accessories, and people always come up to me and ask where i got them. if you are even in glasgow (and you should come) there is this cool wee market, where people sell homemade quirky and cool jewellery and broches and stuff, really cheap too, but really good quality!

It's great that you're working on constructing a Notebook musical. I was actually watching the movie on television last week and thinking about how it would work out as a musical. To be honest, I can't quite imagine it. You must be having a great time with this project though, cannot wait to hear more about it.

So, I was thinking... eventually in OTH, Brooke should adopt a baby, and then Sawyer and the Brooke's kid can both start a new sport..... horseback riding! They could ride at Whitey's farm! I ride, and sometimes, there can be A LOT of drama at some barns.

I just watched the "4 min" preview of OTH! Quicksand is amazing! I was absolutely blown away! Loved it! My mom is a yoga teacher and I've been making her music playlists lately... for the last one I added "feel this"... she said her class really liked it! (I also added some grease and RENT to the core section... she didn't listen to it before she taught the class, so I think that one was a bit of a shocker!) Anyway, she said that she is going to keep "feel this" in the playlist for her next class! Maybe when your next album comes out, I'll throw some Everly in there! :)

I just watched the season premier of OTH... LOVED IT! It was great, as always! "Quicksand" was also amazing... I love that song. My favorite scenes were probably the one with you and Jackson at the beginning or the one with the cake fight... that looked like so much fun! Anyway, great job!

I don't know if you are ever planning on doing a Q & A update, but if you are, I have one burning question that I have always wanted answered.
I am a Junior in high school and I am at the point where EVERYTHING is starting to revolve around my future and what in the world I want to do with my life... the stress level is majorly increased right now. Anyway, Broadway has always been my dream. But, over the summer I attended a film program and fell in love with that just as much. I don't really care what I am doing in the industry... acting, producing, crew, whatever... I LOVE IT ALL! Ideally, I would get my BA at a conservatory and be able to find work. I think I would be fine if I chose a different career path, but was somehow acting my whole life, I would just love to be able to sustain myself with it. So, I guess I have two questions for you. My parents are not very supportive... they want me to pick a "safe" career where employment is readily available. How did you get your family on board with what you wanted to do? Did you have to convince them or were they always supportive? Also, when you decided that you wanted to pursue acting, was it something that just fell into place, or did it take you a long time to find your way?

I'm really excited about this notebook project. I really adored the movie, and I love musicals more than anything.. Sometimes I wish my life was a musical...ugh, how cool would that be? I'd imagine it like "the sound of music" and it would be whimsical and happy.. with hills and love.. (wow, where am I taking this?..) lol.
The beetle earrings are pretty awesome. I won't lie.. I'm a little jealous. I want morbid bugs hanging from my ears.

Words cannot describe how much I love these videos! They definitely trump your joynals from your bethanyjoylenz.com era, although I still heart those very, very much! You have such a fascinating perspective on just about everything and I love how candid you are and how you've willingly open the door for you fans to appreciate a different side of you we weren’t all too familiar with before. It's just great having just a little more insight on your life and the development of your projects.
This video is definitely made of epic win! From the bun, to the funky beetle earrings (tee-hee? It's great that you're working on constructing a Notebook musical. I was actually watching the movie on television last week and thinking about how it would work out as a musical. To be honest, I can't quite imagine it. You must be having a great time with this project though, cannot wait to hear more about it.

I just watched the "4 min" preview of OTH! Quicksand is amazing! I was absolutely blown away! Loved it! My mom is a yoga teacher and I've been making her music playlists lately... for the last one I added "feel this"... she said her class really liked it! (I also added some grease and RENT to the core section... she didn't listen to it before she taught the class, so I think that one was a bit of a shocker!) Anyway, she said that she is going to keep "feel this" in the playlist for her next class! Maybe when your next album comes out, I'll throw some Everly in there! :)
I hope you enjoyed the weekend! I've got my second week of junior year starting tomorrow... urgh! It's ok, though because starting September 14th, Monday nights will get a whole lot better!

I don't know if you are ever planning on doing a Q & A update, but if you are, I have one burning question that I have always wanted answered.
I am a Junior in high school and I am at the point where EVERYTHING is starting to revolve around my future and what in the world I want to do with my life... the stress level is majorly increased right now. Anyway, Broadway has always been my dream. But, over the summer I attended a film program and fell in love with that just as much. I don't really care what I am doing in the industry... acting, producing, crew, whatever... I LOVE IT ALL! Ideally, I would get my BA at a conservatory and be able to find work. I think I would be fine if I chose a different career path, but was somehow acting my whole life, I would just love to be able to sustain myself with it. So, I guess I have two questions for you. My parents are not very supportive... they want me to pick a "safe" career where employment is readily available. How did you get your family on board with what you wanted to do? Did you have to convince them or were they always supportive? Also, when you decided that you wanted to pursue acting, was it something that just fell into place, or did it take you a long time to find your way?
